Black Box No. 11 – The Summer of Love 1989. I got so distracted by the great dance tunes of the late 80’s and early 90’s while researching this show that I decided to scrap the other summer of love and concentrate on the E-Fueled mayhem of early house and techno. This show feature a selection of great tunes from before, during and after 1989. Sit back and enjoy all those tunes that you may not have heard in yonks… or perhaps you only heard them last tuesday night at the weekly 90’s night in the club?? Dance is turning “classic” now… what was once the music of the young and reckless is now simply just old… but is it still cool? Zeppelin is cool isnt it? So why not Slam?
